Quality Assurance (QA) System and Quality Control (QC) System

As GGN, we strive to meet customer needs and expectations to the highest level. We pursue our customer-oriented production with the Quality Assurance (QA) System and the Quality Control (QC) System, which can be defined as the set of planned and systematic activities carried out by our company to achieve the desired quality. To this end, we have documented our production with ASME S, U Stamp, and PP documents.

In addition, our company: As part of its ongoing quality management, it also holds ISO 9001, EN ISO 3834-2, EN ISO 1090-2 EXC-2, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.

As GGN, we have signed a full-time second-party agreement with TUV Austria to ensure that our production quality control processes are carried out with the utmost precision. In accordance with this framework, in addition to our own quality control processes, all our production is also inspected as a second party.

Recognizing that quality control never stops, GGN manages an infrastructure that is constantly being renewed and improved.

With our company’s Quality Assurance (QA) system, we focus on the processes through which the product is created, to avoid errors and work towards a sustainable quality system with continuous improvement.

We achieve this by establishing a sound quality management system, assessing its adequacy, verifying the operational system’s compliance with this quality system, and reviewing the quality management system itself.

We transform our experiences gained daily into corrective and preventive activities and focus on our internal and external training with a focus on “continuous improvement.”

As a GGN, we have launched ASME NPT and NR certification studies, which will enable production for nuclear power plants starting in November 2016.
